Unlock EA All Star Team
To unlock the EA All-Star Team you have to select exhibition mode, and highlight Arsenal. Next, press and hold the start button, then press circle. You will hear a sound if you have done this correctly.

Play with Longer Kicks
At title screen push:
X, X, CIRCLE, TRIANGLE, SQUARE, R1, R1
this will enable players to kick the ball longer distances
